The General Baker Institute is dedicated to providing educational courses, programs and activities for the community, and especially young people. GBI will study the revolutionary life and contributions of General Gordon Baker, Jr., (September 6, 1941 - May 18, 2014) and will make widely known the human rights struggles he waged, the organizations he co-founded; and guided, and his indefatigable passion for the dialectics of continuing education and praxis.
