The white fathers told us, I think therefore I am; and the black mothers in each of us-the poet-whispers in our dreams, I feel therefore I can be free.

Audre Lorde

In this episode of Radicals for Good, we discuss what it looks like to be radically well and tend to grief during times like these, with Adria Moses, a poet, author, and founder of the School of Radical Healing. We invite our listeners to tend to their bodies while listening as Adria walks us through guided breathing and gentle movements.

We prefer you didn’t but if you must, listen on:

adria moses

Poet, Author, & Founder of School of Radical Healing

Adria Moses is a Detroit-based poet, movement facilitator, and the founder of the School of Radical Healing. The School is a container that invites people from all over the world to take a different approach to healing, one that moves toward what hurts, rather than away from it. She is the author of the poetry collection, Towards What Hurt.
